Had perfect hot body whole life until last two years. I now weigh 215lbs. thanks to quitting work to stay home with my children; got lazy, sit/slept a lot, ate TONS of junk and fast food, no exercise at all. Been eating completely healthy for a few weeks now, no more than 1800 calories and 60 fat grams per day. Losing weight but very slowly; 1 or 2 lbs. a week. I’d like to speed it up if I can. I heard that colon cleanse and acai berry supplements will shed weight quickly. Is this true???

probably not diet and excercise is the key.

help me get down to 85lbs for cheer:)?

okay..sorry that i am posting this question again, but noone is answering good! like, all the answers are colon cleanse, and acie berry, and dont lose that much weight! so i dont want those answers! i want a good diet! as soon as i get a good answer, i will stop posting this:)

Okay, firstly – you are 11 years old, you are a perfectly normal and healthy weight. You should NOT be dieting.

Secondly, even for a grown woman of 5ft, 85lbs is not a healthy weight. It is underweight.

My advice to you is to eat sensibly. You should not be worrying about your weight – it is totally normal. Being underweight can be dangerous, and I’m sure your Dad would rather see you happy and healthy than dangerously thin.

I can’t believe some morons here are trying to tell you how yo lose weight. It’s ridiculous. You can still wear a 2 piece, but you should not be dieting.

Cut your calories down to 1200 per day, and exercise EVERY day! Jog, or do a brisk walk for AT LEAST a half hour every day. Try to jog/walk a bit longer, or harder, every time that you do.

There’s also a forum if you need to ask people on what to do. I think there’s also a womens sub-forum for ladies only that targets losing weight, building muscle, nutrition, workout plans, and recipe ideas.

I just got off of a 10 day colon cleanser, about 4 days ago. I was wondering if there is a waiting period. I plan on the diet for 14 days. I just want to know if its safe to go on it after already have doing a colon cleanser, that did not work.
