Colon cleansing at home, and what type of supplements are good?
Ive been curious of what home remedies are effective on cleaning out your colon and basically over all body. Also if you have info on some supplements one can take to clean out the colon, please let me know. thanks

Edible clay- this collects heavy metals, kills parasites and encourages bowel movement (along with other things)
Dandelion infusion help with nutrient replacement, and liver health (along with other thing)
Also a fiber such as flax or physillum would help.

Well before you try supplements i would ask a doctor to see what they say and make sure its safe for you. I take nature cleanse which does good for me but it may work differently with other people. If you do decide to try one though i would stick with one thats well known and has good ratings, like nature cleanse or i also hear a lot of good about purity12.
