Whats a good workout and diet plan?

I’m 13 129lbs. 5.4
and please please please in the please of pleases do not recommend a supplement like acia berry and colon cleanse

Please don’t just say exercise and eat less….
OOO 12 pounds in one week??? That sounds a little unhealthy I think that might be a little too fast for me…

You’re asking for a lot, and its so muhc that i actually can’t put it all in a post. My best advice is to go to http://scoobysworkshop.com/ and look around for what you need. There’s also a forum if you need to ask people on what to do. I think there’s also a womens sub-forum for ladies only that targets losing weight, building muscle, nutrition, workout plans, and recipe ideas.

    Okay sweetie know 2 things: 1) you don’t really need to loose weight but since the ideal weight at 5"4 and 13 years old is 115 pounds…2) I am going to give you tips to losing 10-15 pounds..K?

    ~drink 6 cups of water a day (that is 3 water bottles)…drink between one breakfast & lunch, one between lunch & dinner and the one between dinner & bed.
    ~do not drink any diet drinks
    ~eat 3 well balanced meals a day
    ~eat 3 small snacks a day (one between breakfast and lunch, one between lunch & dinner, and one before bed
    ~make you sure you get 2-3 servings of dairy each day
    ~eat 4 fruits every day
    ~eat 4 veggies every day
    ~get 9 hours of sleep every day
    ~as far as exercise…yes you do need to be active. My advice is find a friend and play sport together, or go swimming at your local YMCA/JCC for about 2 hours three times a week. You basically want to find a fun activity that works you out 3-4 times a week…the other days do the following:
    *50 jumping jacks
    *jump rope for 15 minutes
    *25 sit ups
    *stretch for 10 minutes
    ~do not count calorie!!

    a sample day should ideally look like this (assuming your exercising too)
    Breakfast:
    4 Strawberries, 1 cup of Cheerios, 1% Milk, Half Cup of Juice
    Snack:
    Banana
    Lunch:
    Turkey Sandwich, Baby Carrot Sticks
    Snack
    Honey Wheat Pretzel Sticks (15 sticks)
    Dinner:
    whatever your mom makes…1 serving of each thing
    Snack
    6oz Non Fat Yogurt, Blueberries, 1 Granola Bar
