how to lose 36lbs in 2 months!?

so i really am overweight

hate my weight, wanna be 92lbs out of muscle!
i need excersizes, and diet plans
no acie berry, or colon cleanse, or stuff, only healthy food and excersizeing
i need a routine

i cant stick alot of food in my stomach or i throw up, and i dont wanna eating disorder
i have a cute personality, and real pretty, but i dont like my weight, i dont have alot of muscle
i have like a bunch of fat….please routines excersizes, no websites, ive seen enough, please.

If you want to lose 36lbs in 2 months, you’ll need to do cardio for 1 hour non-stop every day. You’ll drink 10 glasses of water every day. You’ll eat breakfast, but nothing heavy. Just have cereal, and if you drink milk, you should pour skim only. Don’t eat cereal with a lot of sugar. For lunch, just have a salad, with mustard. Mustard for me, usually makes me full, I have no idea why, and it’s low on calories. And for dinner, you should make your self a small soy shake of strawberries. Buy soy milk, get strawberries and blend them and pour it to a small glass, and that also makes you full. That’s it. Don’t eat later than 7pm. I did this and lost like, 40 lbs in 2 months, and it’s been a year and have kept the weight off.

    Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you’ll want to keep going.
