HELP ME LOSE 50LBS IN 2-3 MONTHS?AGE 11!!?

so i have a small frame(but overweight for it), and that means i can probobly lose that much weight
the reason why:
well, doctor said i needed to lose weight, because i have chances in the future with diabetes!!!yikes!!!!
my mom and dad got divorced last month, and my dad moved to Florida…i am going to Florida in 2 months, and want to lose atleast 30lbs. i want to atleast be 100lbs, and if it isnt too thin, than i will keep going
anyway..i am going to the beach…and my mom wont let me wear a 2-piece uless i lose weight(shes a mom:) and get this she weighs 125lbs, and 5ft5…..so well shes 4 inches taller than me, and 5lbs less than me!!!! i wanna be thin…..like VERY THIN!!!!

Cut your calories down to 1200 per day, and exercise EVERY day! Jog, or do a brisk walk for AT LEAST a half hour every day. Try to jog/walk a bit longer, or harder, every time that you do.
Be sure to do strength training, too. I would recommend joining www.sparkteens.com, it’s free. And it’s a site where you can track everything. Anyways, good luck!

You know, if you lose that much weight that fast, you’ll get extra-skin and it’ll look even worse..

To lose weight, it’s all about calories. One pound of fat is 3500 calories, and you probably burn around 1800 per day (you can look it up– it varies for your age, weight and activity level). Eat lots of salads, fruits, and lean proteins– these are very good for you, and low in calories. Also, talk to your mom about your plan, because she will be buying the groceries and can help support you and give you tips.
I’d say 50 pounds is a little much to lose, but it’s good that you’re taking your health into your own hands and ready to make a change. As long as you don’t let it get out of control, this can be very good for you

Eat small meals throughout the day…not 3 huge meals. Healthy foods like fruits and veggies and lean meats. Cut out sweets, salty, junk food soda…even salad dressing will kill a diet. Also, get at least 30 mins a day exercise…fast walking will burn a lot of calories if you can’t work out, swim, etc. 2lbs a week is a very high weight goal…which would be 16 pounds in 2 months. You’ll look and feel great with losing this much. Most important is to change the way you eat and exercise…you’ll be fit and won’t have to worry about diabetes later in life.
