I had it nearly 2 weeks ago, turns out I am allergic to wheat and dairy. I have been really good for 2weeks, eating wheat free bread,no dairy and herbal teas, however, today I had a small dominoes pizza as I really had a craving for one!!! however…..around an hour and a half later I was feeling really sick! and just vomited most of it up!
Before I had the colon cleanse I was eating white bread etc, but since I was told I was allergic I have been really good! apart from today! do you think my vomiting was due to this?? I feel better now Ive been sick!!!
the cleanse doesnt creat allergies!!!!!!! it is done to see if you have any and also cleanse the colon! I meant that it was discovered that I have a wheat and dairy allergy! therefore why was I sooo sick after eating white bread yesterday>

Frankie, I don’t see the connection between colonics and eating wheat or dairy products. A colonic will not trigger an allergic reaction, only flush out the colon itself.

Im looking for a way to colon cleanse without paying for an expensive program with tons of pills. Im sure there has to be a homeopathic approach. Using items you usually keep around the house or can purchase at Walmart or a grocer. Please help if you know or direct me to a free website. Thank you so much, Chaz C

However, for a colon cleanse that’s cheap, buy a herbal tea called Smooth Move and make the tea with 5 bags instead of one. Cost is under $5.

The reason the colon cleanse was recommended is cause I always feel heavy or full. I cant afford to buy the expensive colon pills. So Im wondering if there is a fast way to do it at home. Im a mom of 3 kids so I need something free,cheap and fast.

Do not take these products if you are nursing a baby. If you want something fast, take a one or two quart plain warm tap water enema.

They produce vitamins that we lack in our diets as well as serve as competition for other bacteria that can seriously cause trouble in your body (e.g. Salmonella, Shigella, etc). Killing these useful pro-biotic bacteria allows other vicious bacteria to overproduce; leading to diarrhea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

This also doesn’t address the "lose weight" idea since the 3-5 lbs you may lose from your colon won’t be permanent.

These companies make it very difficult for you to get in touch with them to cancel orders.

Contact your bank and credit card company immediately or money will keep coming out of your account.

These products are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you. No pill, potion or supplement will help.

All you need is a good healthy diet – lots of fruit and veg, and exercise

This is to do with the acai berry and colon cleanse diet. I recently ordered it only hearing good things about it, and of course as soon as I had ordered it I started to hear all the horror stories and that it is all a scam. I want to cancel the trial but for the life of me I can’t figure out how. I’ve tried to call the customer service but the number does not work! Someone please help me!!!

Call your CC company right away and explain the scam. Tell them to stop any payments to that firm (if you know what it is…), else cancel the card and get a new one (easiest to do)

Hi. a lot of us continue to warn about these colon cleanse and acai scams but people still seem to get caught unfortunately so you aren’t the first nor will you be the last. These guys hide the rebilling in their fine print which of course no one ever reads so you have actually agreed to their terms.

However you could try and take it up with your bank, stating you were unaware of the rebilling and see if you can not charge back the monies. Alternately you could contact the better business bureau or ombudsman etc in your area, they are usually very persuasive.

The weight loss industry doesn’t often play nice and even some of the large well known companies have hidden costs in their contracts and usually don’t give refunds without a lot of trouble. Read your agreements well before you sign up people.
