I am still getting the diarrhea and i am still releasing what looks like almond slivers…except these are about as thick as an almond and the same color. Oh and instead of being oval shaped slivers, they are rectangular with jagged edges (like they are broken pieces of segments) and they look like sponge material. I mean, what ever this is actually has the texture of a sponge. Sometimes the outside of it looks like potato skin (with brown skin).Sometimes the pieces in the toilet are very small other times the are about an inch long and as thick as a whole almond instead of a sliver.

What is that? Is that a worm or part of my intenstinal tract.

You better see a doctor and have a professional colon irrigation done which flashes out all parasites.
It could be worms,so take a stool sample with you before it all gets worse.Don’t delay on this to much,I know I wouldn’t.

You’re fine doing a colon cleanse on your own w/o a doctor, don’t let these ppl freak you out. Colon cleanse is a good way to detox. Yes, what you’re passing probably is parasites. You wouldn’t pass parts of your intestinal tract naturally. Another good way to kill parasites is to take a drop of Lugol’s iodine (available online) in water or OJ every day. GL with your cleanse!

We might even be getting some if we drink bottled water in the liquids we drink that are commercially sold or in the shower..I read a 10 minute shower gives us more chlorine than a weeks worth of water we drink and that a one hour swim in a pool more than a weeks worth of showers.

I shower and swim frequently (lol)..we could be absorbing some of these drugs via our skin and ingesting water particles as we shower swim.

What do you think of that..does it make you mad..can’t they do anything to protect people who watch the drugs they take only to have it still get into their bodies to do it damage even though it may take longer to do.

Besides your opinions on this topic, what alternative health things might chelate this junk from our bodies other than some good colon cleanses like dr schulze’s

Since I’m in the country I get my water from a well, so my water is contaminated with uranium, lead, pesticides, nitrates and coliforms instead of pharmaceuticals. Needless to say, I drink bottled distilled water :/

What upsets me more is the thought of all the animals that are drinking our water and suffering by the billions because of our gross water pollution. We at least have some options, but what does the squirrel do that has been drinking from contaminated puddles? Its so infuriating and depressing. We are screwing ourselves and taking everything down with us

I personally don’t believe in colon cleanses. The body is designed to cleanse itself and I feel it is my job to provide it with proper nourishment and tonic therapies so that it is better equipped to do its job. I take alterative tonics such as dandelion, burdock and nettles on a daily basis, wildcrafted from my home, and not from a pill bottle.

Acai berri does NOT work as a weight loss program. I have been taking it for more than a month now, while taking part in the "eat less, move more" diet, and I haven’t lost a single pound. I started on Acai berri at 10st 8 lbs, and I am still 10st 8 lbs.

Now, I will admit my skin has never looked better and I do have more energy, but it is not good for weight loss. I look and feel younger, but I am not thinner.

Prior to taking Acai berri I was doing a weight watchers diet and lost approx 14lbs in one month, but since starting Acai berri, I have not lost weight.

So, if you want to lose weight, do NOT take Acai berri. But if you just want to look and feel a little younger, THEN and only then, could I recommend Acai Berri.

Acai berry is a fruit and fruit is good for you but the pills are a waste of money and, as you say, don’t work for weight loss.

All you need is a good healthy diet, lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation

Cat – no matter how many times you post a warning people will still fall for the spam adverts. I and others are always telling people these products are a waste of money. Many people have also been scammed out of a lot of money ordering these on line, then they come here asking for help to get some of their money back.

Just keep reporting them using the "report abuse" button when you see them

When you eat use a small plate, divide it into four equal parts,
have 2/4 vegetables, 1/4 meat & 1/4 carbohydrates.
Eat no red meat, just white meat (fish and birds) and try lower your salt intake.
Don’t eat within the last 3 hours before you go to bed.
Trade sweets/candy for fruit, but dont eat too mny because of all the natural sugar.
Get enough sleep (that’s 9-10 hours for teens)

Eat 250 less calories than your GDA says, AND burn 250 calories a day through exercise. This equals 500 calories less per day. 1 lb = 3500 calories,
so -500 calories a day X 7 days = -3500 calories a week.
