Bowtrol Colon Cleanse Reviews – Is Bowtrol Cleanse Any Good?
Thursday, August 19th, 2010Good evening everyone
Maybe one of you bought the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse product and can tell me if he found this Bowtrol cleanse to be useful for him? I read some reviews today about this product I’m think seriously to buy it but I wonder if one of you can share his own experience with the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse product and can tell what he thinks about it.
Any help and advice about Bowtrol will be great.
Thanks
Hey
I’m using the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse for a few months and until now I’m very satisfied.
The Bowtrol Colon Cleanse is a completely herbal and all-natural colon cleansing solution that was designed to help lose weight, improve digestive system, eliminate intestinal parasites and promote overall health.
I really liked that Bowtrol is made up of ingredients that are all natural herbs. It contains flax seeds that are known to promote good health and also Peppermint oil that is highly efficient in treating irritable bowel syndrome.
A quality colon cleanser should not only make you feel better on the inside, but also make you look better on the outside – and that’s exactly what Bowtrol does.
I don’t know if the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse will work for you the same as it works for me, however with the 90 days money back guarantee I believe that it can be a good idea to try the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse product before wasting a lot of money on other expensive Colon Cleanse products.
By the way you can also use the link below to get great free trial offers for Bowtrol including the full money back guarantee for 90 days. Hope that it helps!

this way since were both going to the beach in less than 2 weeks we would have nice bodies
soo is it okay to use?
my friend asked her dad who is a doctor if this was a young age and he said no..
we would buy it from walgreens or cvs which should we get?
what are the outcomes etc
if you tried it tell me your reviews
colon cleanses are phoney, phoney, phoney.
Please don’t consider it. there are too many people with bowel fixations. It wreaks your system, flushes out needed electrolytes.
the only time a person should have a colon cleanse is if he is having a medical or surgical procedure on his bowel.
Have any large-scale studies investigated the personality types likely to follow "conspiracy theory" fads ….?
Wednesday, July 21st, 2010….related to diet and health (e.g. deploring "artificial chemicals" vs. "natural" cures, favoring "colon cleansing" and "raw foods" versus "evil agribusiness", etc.)
I’m not interested in reading emotional rants rehashings of the classic debates surrounding these topics. (Those are easy to find through any search engine or by visiting quackery websites.) I’m asking about published psychological studies appearing in peer-reviewed journals attempting to profile the types of people likely to be drawn to various health fads despite the scientific evidence weighing against their efficacy and safety.
Sources/citations please?
apparently it never crossed your mind that the people running these "quackery" websites might be supported by the actual quacks. so conspiracies don’t exist, do they? then you had better get to work straightening out all those misinformed history book writers. tell them that all the revolutions throughout the centuries were just spontaneous popular uprisings, that hitler’s takeover of the german government was legitimate, and that the bailout of goldman sachs was the will of the american people. next, you’ll have to get a large portion of the criminal code annulled, and delete all those crimes beginning with,"conspiracy to…". use your brain, man, instead of just repeating other’s ignorance and disinformation.

Anyone know about colon or body cleansing?
Monday, May 17th, 2010I’ve been interesting in cleansing my body internally for awhile now. I don’t want to visit any clinics or anything and get that huge tube (LOL) but I am interested in taking some supplements or vitamins. I’ve been reading up on Dr. Natura Colonix and although it’s mainly positive, I also seen a lot of negative reviews. But I want to feel healthier and I don’t want my gas or breath to smell bad. I also remember seeing an infomercial on television about a colon cleansing product that seemed very good at removing a lot of the waste in regular bowel movements (nothing like laxatives though). Does anyone know that product or can recommend anything else?
No. This has nothing to do with diet pills or wanting to be thin. I just heard it’s important to cleanse your body every once in awhile with a cleansing that lasts for a few days and not like, months or anything since that’ll take away your body’s nutrients and moisture.
Colon, also known as large intestine, is responsible for extracting water from feces. Colon or large intestine is subdivided into four sections, namely, ascending colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon and transverse colon. Colon cleansing is crucially important to our system. Colon needs to be cleaned properly in order to eliminate bodily wastages. This article sheds light on the necessity of colon cleansing, different risks associated with dirty colon and overview of natural colon cleansing.
The Reason to Cleanse Colon
Our daily diet is full of saturated fat and refined carbohydrate. The excess amount of fat actually makes the feces sticker. Different scientific studies confirmed that increased saturated fat in the diet along with reduced fiber may actually heighten the risk of colon cancer. The extra fat sticking on the wall of the colon may contribute to increasing risk. The refined carbohydrate may also worsen the condition as well. When we take refined carbohydrate in our diet, we actually accumulate substances that are not fully digested and protein precipitates can be left behind to make the colon wall harden.
It is true that even if we take a great care of our health, it does not necessarily mean that we can eliminate fully all of our bodily wastages from our body. Certainly if we care about cleansing our system, especially colon, we may lessen various risks of developing many serious health hazards. A good natural colon cleansing program offers cleansing our bodily wastages at optimum level.
Risk of Dirty Colon
If feces are left behind the colon, it is certainly bad for our health. But of course it is good for bacterial infection. If prolonged infection caused by bacteria persists, it may lead to colon lining. Apart from that, bacterial infection can cause bowel cancer.
Cleanse colon to promote health
Cleansing of colon means detoxification of body. Herbs rich with dietary fibers are particularly beneficial promoting regulated bowel movement. Psyllium functions as natural colon cleansing. It is rich with water-soluble, gel-reducing fiber. In practice, there are two types of dietary fibers, one is soluble and the other one is insoluble. Both of these fibers are helpful in regulating bowel movement. Psyllium is derived from the husks of flaxen psyllium seeds. It is useful in treating various digestive complications such as diarrhea, colitis, constipation and diverticular disorders. It has been widely used in different types of natural colon cleansing program effectively.
Apart from that, Triphala is also used in treating digestive problems and is an integral part of many types of natural colon cleansing program. Most prevalently our regular diets are low in fiber content. These foods have a propensity to decelerate intestinal transmit time ensuing in unbalanced bowel movements. These foods take time to travel to intestine, frequently following in constipation. However, dietary fiber coming under natural colon cleansing program helps in softening and bulking stools. The bulking of stool promotes detoxification from toxic substances within colon as it soaks the attached toxic substances from the intestinal wall.
Benefits of Natural Colon Cleansing Products
The purpose of colon cleansing is to detoxify the system internally in such a fashion that body may contain only a reduced level of toxic substances and bacteria in the body. Human feces consist of different toxic substances and risky bacteria that may cause infection in the blood stream, if normal bowel movements do not take place in a regular fashion. It may lead to such complications that even become fatal in time.
Natural colon cleansing products promote gentle removal of feces as well as of undigested substances concentrated on the bowel wall. It is not a mandatory requirement that you use colon cleansing products that claim to have natural ingredients in it; rather you have the flexibility to use different products that actually promote natural colon cleansing. You may use prune juice, bale fruit, corn syrup, psyllium seed, pears and grape juice to cleanse your colon naturally.
My diet? and workout plans?
Tuesday, April 6th, 2010Well I am in a whirl wind of confusion atm and on a rather tight budget as well seeking quite a few answers. First off I am 25 years old 6 feet and about 200 lbs. I am a bit overweight "not a lot" and am a very good athlete who just lost his desire I guess. Well a year and a half ago I broke both of my feet and became a couch potato and stopped eating healthy and working out all together. Reciently I have found the desire and the urge to get back into great shape and get on with my life and do things I have always wanted. I have soooo many question marks over my head as to where I should start and what plans I should stick to. I have started by taking a colon cleanse to help boost my energy and clean out some yuckies " working so far".
1. I know what food is good for me and what is bad. I know 5 small meals a day is the way to go. My question is what SHOULD I be eating and how much of it and when? That’s the biggest question I have. I have read 20 different diet plans and all or so different it made me start asking questions.
2. Is v8 low sodium a good source of vegetables? or the fusion for fruit and vegetables? I have read a lot of reviews and all seem to be mixed. I love vegetables and fruit but like I mentioned before… I don’t really know how much I should be eating and when.
3. I do have a good workout plan and I know it works and I have seen results in the past and want to just avoid any unwanted sources such as fats, calories, carbs, sodium but as usual I am lost on the "how much" is to much and how much is to little. Some of the questions are probably easily answered but I am looking for people who have experienced the same thing and prevailed to give me a little advice. thank you
Lots of protein….lean meats, egg whites
Veggies….yes I believe your low sodium V8 is good.
Fruits are good, but kind of keep them down for a bit because of the sugar content and absolutely NO juices…..>
Carbohydrates…..You need good carbs for energy, such as pasta and brown rice. Keep them to a minimum, but you do need them….also only whole grain bread…..>
If you eat a diet full of lean meat, veggies, and smart carbs, you will be hard pressed to eat 2000 calories. So basically, if you are hungry….EAT. As long as you are working out regularly and eating smart, your metabolism should speed up and start burning fat…….>
As far as a workout program, I have been doing P90X for nearly 8 weeks and am getting amazing results. I eat and eat, and always seem hungry but am losing weight and fat and putting on lean muscle…….>

has anybody tried the "lose 40 lbs in 10 days" thing?
Sunday, March 28th, 2010i’ve been trying to lose weight for a really really long time know (about 3 years) and nothing seems to work. i’m not expecting to lose 40 lbs in 10 days, although that would be nice, and they have a free trial for the acai berry and colon cleanse things that expires tomorrow so i thought that i might try it because the reviews all seem good. ai still am going to run 10-12 miles a day and do my other workout and eat healthy like i do know but since nothing seems to be working to help me lose weight and i really do i think i’m going to try this. but i was wondering has anybody done it? how did it work for you? also is their a special time i should start this like when i have a few days off from school?
i really am not accepcting to lose 40 lbs in 10 days i know thats unrealistic. but i have tried working out and eating right for the past 3 years, i even went on weight watchers last year when i was 14 for months and all i lost was 10 pounds.
trust me i don’t eat to much. i only eat one meal a day and have either diet coke for lunch, nothing, or carrots. i know soda isnt good so i’m trying to cut back on that
i think its imposible, since december i have lost 30 pounds with alot of exercise and diets, thats 3 months!! i dont think its posible in 10 days….if it does work email me..lol..
