Do anyone know a good home remedy for cleansing the colon?

The natural way as God intended mate ………. Let Food Be Thy Medicine Soccrates said.

The more wholegrains and cereals like organic brown rice and fresh low sugar fruits like strawberries, pears and watermelon and fresh leafy and green vegies you eat the larger and easier your motions will be ……….. drink more fresh filtered water too to ensure you are properly hydrated and to ease the elimination process…… cut out or right back on caffeine and sodas, pop and soft drinks too as they will dehydrate you terribly and wash out your water soluble B complex of vitamins which are so essential for healthy neural, immune and digestive functioning…….. wholegrains and cereals and leafy and green vegies are rich in the B complex of vitamins.

chew each mouthfull at least 20 times …… to aid in digestion too ……. don’t combine proteins and carbs in one sitting …… leave a 2 – 3 hour gap between each to ease the digestive process ……. eat fruit by itself ie ~ leave an hour after fruit before eating anything else.

Pinpoint any food intolerances you may have such as lactose intolerance ………. lactose intolerance can cause bloating, gassiness, belching, constipation, acid reflux, achy bones, moodiness and irritability, brain frizzing …….. unaddressed food intolerances contribute enormously to bad digestion and compromise your whole system …… eat more leafy and green vegies and low sugar fruits ……… all rich in calcium and magnesium (green vegies for magnesium and calcium fruits for calcium) and perhaps ditch the milk and dairy for 5 days and see if that speeds the process for you.

oh, eat more crunchy vegies too like raw celery, raw or lightly steamed broccolli, raw carrotts ……. they act like a broom and sweep the colon clean …… green vegies are particularly good for helping with constipation ….. and eat the brown rice ……. one bowl full a day of brown rice, plenty of water and crunchy vegies will nail it for you mate.

baking soda mixed with water will effectively cleanse you but should only be used as a temporary measure as it contains an awful lot of processed salt …… therefore if you have high blood pressure it would be wise not to use it.

peace baby

What is the best at home treatment for sinus post nasal drip and infection? The doctors don’t seem to help me.

Friday, November 20th, 2009

I get such bad post nasal sinus drainage that I get so sick I can’t hardly function. I get nautious, my stomach hurts, etc. My head gets pressure, my head gets very hot. I get chilled easily. I get some drainage to the ears and my ears and eyes get a bit goofy. The drainage tastes bad. I have tried antibiotics, sprays, been to an allergy doctor had a CT Scan done a few years ago. I have been trying nasal washes and some other at home things. I just started XClear wash. I even did a candida herbal treatment for colon cleansing for awhile.
Either I am a seriously big wimp or this just really sucks! I missed two weeks of work in August. I cannot miss work right now in tax season!!!
LOOK…. I have had allergy tests done about a year ago but nothing came up I guess. I am much much more sensitive to smells than I use to be! magic markers make me feel sick and perfumes I don’t wear anymore.
yes I drink a lot of herbal teas… we moved into a new house a month before all this started

you are being constantly exposed to something you are sensitive to. if you have thoroughly cleaned house and washed all your clothes and linens and curtains and still have the symptoms. try changing the type of soaps you use. hot moist steam helps open the passages. hot herbal teas help too. the hard part is finding out what is causing your reactions. that is trial and error unless your allergist has tested and found certain things to be irritating to you. stress also aggrivates the situation. I use an anti inflammatory and antihistamine daily. I also drink lots of water.

What is a safe colon cleansing solution – home remedy.?

Monday, November 16th, 2009

There’s many safe colon cleansing solutions. Which one is best for you really depends on how much cleansing you want to put your body through.

By cutting back on fat and sugar, and replacing it fiber, raw foods, and lots of water you can safely cleanse your colon (and the rest of your body)

You can also add fiber supplements to your diet, and that will speed up the process. Other options are fasting, or going on the master cleanse

Professional colon cleanse vs. at home colon cleanse?

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

the colon cleanse i would like to use says to take one tablespoon up to three times a day but i wanted to know how this measures up to having it done professionally example would one day (one tablespoon three times a day)of the at home colon cleanse be more or less of a cleanse compared to a Professional colon cleanse
and no im not using it as a diet i’m jus asking a question

I have a lot of intestinal problems, and I was forever searching for a cleanse that would clean me out, but wouldn’t restrict my dietary needs. It was a long search, but there’s this Citronada cleanse at Vitamin World. (In my opinion, Vitamin World is a lot better than GNC, they actually care about you.) I’m not the kind of person who takes vitamins and all that crap, but this cleanse is great. It’s a 2-4 day cleanse, and you just add 2 oz of it to 8 oz of water. You drink that 8 times a day. (It sounds bad, but I do it with bottled water, which equals to four bottles a day.) It works really well, and by day 4, I feel absolutely great. Plus, you’re allowed to eat light meals of fruits and veggies, whereas other cleanses won’t let you eat at all.

Most pharmacies will carry an assortment of enemas. They are simple to use and depending on your condition, can be very effective.

A Few Questions About Colon Cleansing?

Sunday, September 27th, 2009

I’ve been thinking about getting a product to do an at home colon cleanse. My questions are these:

1) If I do a colon cleanse, will I spend the entire day pooping?
2) What exactly should I expect to happen if I choose to do one?

These sort of things are always embarrassing for me to talk about so I really appreciate any helpful information anyone may have on this topic. Thanks for your time.

For your meals on a colon cleanse you need to stop eating prepackaged items. You will want to cut out all salt and sugar in your diet. These items are what can lead to the toxins building up in your.

Your meals need to consist almost entirely of fruits and vegetables. These fruits and vegetables are to be plain. You can not use seasoning, butter, and dressing on them. You can eat these healthy foods raw or you can cook them. The best way to eat them cooked is steamed. There is no added fat in steaming. This method also keeps the nutrients in the foods for the colon cleanse. It is important when you follow a colon cleanse to make sure that your body is still getting the nutrients that you need. You do not want to be starving yourself.

While you are following the easy colon cleanse, the only thing that you should drink is water. Stay away from caffeine, juices, milk, and other types of beverages. You can flavor your water with cut up lemon and limes. Stay away from lemon and lime juice that are sold in stores. These contain preservatives that can stop your easy colon cleanse in its tracks.

Follow this diet for four days to cleanse your colon and be on your way to being healthy.
