Does any one have a good home made colon cleasnse recipe that works.?

Been having alot of bloating. Can’t really afford a colon cleanse. Does anyone have a home made recipe that will do the job and is not harmful and works?

Stop watching ridiculous infomercials about colon cleansers. There is no such medical procedure as colon cleansing.

Uninformed consumers are easy prey for marketing gimmicks. Couch potatoes need to stop watching TV and get some legitimate education, or they will be constantly duped by salesmen for the rest of their lives.
