HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT?? PLEASE PLEASE HELP@!!?
August 21st, 2010 by admini have tried everything i can to lose weight. im 15 years old and i dont want too do it the long way. Im 5′6"/ 5′7" and i probably way about 140-150 i carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs. I have tried everything i could think of without payinng for diet plans, diet pills. Im willing to go to my local pharmacy and buy colon cleansing pills? I excersize almost every day i just dont no wat too do.,. can anyone help me with a diet and excersize plan that will seriousl help me and help me fast.
Like you, I too am 15 years old, and I carry most of my weight on my hips and thighs. To lose weight, basically all ya gotta do is burn more calories than you take in. Let’s say you have a 1500-2000 calorie diet. Basically, just eat within that calorie amount, and make sure it’s based off of mostly good, nutrition filled foods, rather than junk food or carbs.
Next is exercise. For the longest time, I’ve wanted thin legs and a thin waist, but I really dislike exercise, because it takes up time and it makes me uncomfortable in my environment. However, I took up running this year, and let me tell you it does MIRACLES. Just try running ten minutes a day, and gradually build up to twenty, and so on. I’ve been running an hour every other day for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed definition and slimming in my entire body.
If you aren’t a cardio/running person, I would recommend stretches and lunges, also jump rope and hula hooping. Stretches/lunges really work on toning your thighs and slimming them, but unlike endurance running, they add more muscle, instead of making them more lithe. Hula hooping tones the mid section, and jump roping is better for your legs than running is in less time, however requires more endurance.
Another thing that keeps me from losing weight: SNACKING!!
I know it’s tempting, especially if you have a box of cookies or chips in the kitchen, and it’s fine to indulge once in a while…but just be smart about portion sizes. ALWAYS try to stay within your calorie limit, and always try to exercise at least once a day, whether it be brisk walking an hour outside, jump roping for ten minutes, or yoga. What I do when I’m hungry and don’t wanna snack is simply either drink lots of water, or chew some gum. I try to eat once every four hours or so, eating only small portioned and protein/nutrition filled foods. Avoid extra carbs at all costs; they REALLY pile up…
Hope I was helpful! Good luck!
Bowtrol Colon Cleanse Reviews – Is Bowtrol Cleanse Any Good?
August 19th, 2010 by adminGood evening everyone
Maybe one of you bought the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse product and can tell me if he found this Bowtrol cleanse to be useful for him? I read some reviews today about this product I’m think seriously to buy it but I wonder if one of you can share his own experience with the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse product and can tell what he thinks about it.
Any help and advice about Bowtrol will be great.
Thanks
Hey
I’m using the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse for a few months and until now I’m very satisfied.
The Bowtrol Colon Cleanse is a completely herbal and all-natural colon cleansing solution that was designed to help lose weight, improve digestive system, eliminate intestinal parasites and promote overall health.
I really liked that Bowtrol is made up of ingredients that are all natural herbs. It contains flax seeds that are known to promote good health and also Peppermint oil that is highly efficient in treating irritable bowel syndrome.
A quality colon cleanser should not only make you feel better on the inside, but also make you look better on the outside – and that’s exactly what Bowtrol does.
I don’t know if the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse will work for you the same as it works for me, however with the 90 days money back guarantee I believe that it can be a good idea to try the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse product before wasting a lot of money on other expensive Colon Cleanse products.
By the way you can also use the link below to get great free trial offers for Bowtrol including the full money back guarantee for 90 days. Hope that it helps!
Is getting a colonic, or cleansing your colon a few days before lap band surgery harmful or risky in any way?
August 18th, 2010 by adminI am getting lap band surgery on Monday and I am thinking that maybe I should cleanse my bowels since I will not be able to ingest any kind of abrasive colon cleansing drinks or meds after the band is in.. Would either one of these methods be potentially complicating or dangerous?
You would need to check with your surgeon about this!
Many surgeons put patients on a liquid diet and then require them to take a laxative the day before to make sure everything is clean.
Every surgeon is different, though!
Congrats on the surgery!
Always remember, though, that it is a tool not a cure!
Acai berry and Colon Cleanse weight loss diet…?
August 16th, 2010 by adminDoes this diet/weight loss thing work? And does it work if you have different forms of it for instance i have acai berry pills im not sure what kind and i have colon cleanser from vitamin cottage, if i follow the diet plan that the little known dynamic duo diet at http://www.sallystips.com/
will it still work, even if i have different pills?
thanks
It will not work even if you have the same pills. These "magical" weight loss pills only work to reduce your water weight temporarily. Your weight might be lower on the scale for a while, but you will have the same amount of body fat. Eat healthy, watch your calories and exercise in order to lose weight permanently. Doing things the "hard way" is worth it.

HAS ANYONE ELSE RESPONDED TO THE ADVERT FOR "FREE" TRIAL OF ACAI BERRY AND COLON CLEANSE ADVERTISED ON YAHOO?
August 12th, 2010 by admin
Seen it, would never respond.
Don’t touch it.
Google acai and scam.
Yahoo shouldn’t allow so much spam to do with that wretched berry on these pages. The unscrupulous marketers must pay good money to place the ads and the ads tell lies, use fictional testimonials and fake photographs.
There is nothing any more special about that berry and our fruits in the local stores – especially blueberries, concord grapes etc.
The Center for Science in the Public Interest said companies offering free trials of diet pills made with the acai berries have bilked thousands of consumers using fake celebrity endorsements and blogs to lure customers.
Consumers are asked to provide a credit card to pay shipping and handling charges, but begin almost immediately receiving $80 to $90 monthly charges. Thousands of consumers have had trouble stopping those charges once they canceled the free trial offer.
The berry has been touted as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and an antibacterial. The fruit is said to contain Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, which are essential to human health.
Claims of weight loss are unfounded, said the CSPI.
"There’s no evidence whatsoever to suggest that acai pills will help shed pounds, flatten tummies, cleanse colon, enhance sexual desire, or perform any of the other commonly advertised functions," according to the organization’s press release.
Acai’s popularity has surged on bogus marketing claims, said Jonny Bowden, a certified nutrition specialist and author of several health books. "The expensive acai berry is triumph of marketing over science, that’s the bottom line," Bowden said. "It’s not useless, but it’s not anything that people are claiming it is."
"Virtually every berry — blueberry, strawberry, goji, acai — are anti-inflammatory and high in antioxidants," Bowden said. "This particular one is exotic. It’s found in Brazil. It’s been marketed to have more of a magic ingredient. It’s been over-hyped and marketed to death.."
Have you used the Acai and Colon Cleansing tablets?
July 28th, 2010 by adminI was on a weight loss website and lots of the ladies were raving on about this awesome weight loss programme where you combine the two tablets. You can get free trials of both but i didnt want to do if its not worth it. I want genuine opinions no rude answers please. I also go to the gym a few times a week but i cant go everyday because I have a baby. Thanks everyone ![]()
No, the ladies on the website, the bloggers are pure fiction.
The free trial is not free, Google acai and scam.
Acai is a berry with a short shelf life so unscrupulous people have turned it int an industry based on fake testimonials, false claims and digitally enhanced photographs,
"The Center for Science in the Public Interest said companies offering free trials of diet pills made with the acai berries have bilked thousands of consumers using fake celebrity endorsements and blogs to lure customers.

If you must try them look in health food stores or pharmacies.
